含硫化氢条件下深井钻柱设计问题探讨 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了在含硫化氢条件下深井钻柱设计所存在问题与挑战,分析了硫化氢对钻柱设计的主要影响因素,提出了在含硫化氢条件下使用低强度钻具时,其抗拉、抗扭性能应当从其它方面得到补偿的观点。在考虑防硫化氢的同时,钻具组合的设计还应当考虑钻井液的性能、提高钻井速度的要求。建议对含硫化氢条件下的深井钻柱选择进行研究,形成成熟的钻柱设计技术并制定行业标准。 The problems existent in deep well drilling string design in H_2S environment is introduced.For the H_2S has great influence on drilling string design,low intensity drilling string should be compensatory on tensile stress release and resistance to torsion.Other elements,such as drilling fluids performance and the requirement for improving ROP also were considered.Drilling string selection for deep well in H_2S environment was studied to form industrial standard for drilling string design.
