摘要
利用圆管填砂模型,饱和辽河稠油模拟辽河稠油油层的油层温度和压力下进行LPG吞吐实验,系统评价了LPG吞吐采油提高采收率的效果。实验中研究了注入量即注入压力、液化气注入速度、液化气与原油作用时间即闷井时间对吞吐效果的影响。其结论认为,LPG吞吐开采稠油效果显著,吞吐效果与油品黏度有关,黏度越大,吞吐效果越差。油品黏度越高,降压吐油阶段压力释放速度越慢,时间越长,出气速度也越慢;LPG吞吐稠油各周期采收率存在峰值,总趋势为上凸线;LPG注入速度对LPT吞吐的采收率影响不大;气体注入压力和注入量对采收率影响较大,注入压力越高,注入量越大,LPG吞吐的周期采收率越大。闷井时间对采收率有一定影响,但其影响程度要小于注入压力。
Supercritical fluid extraction(SCFE)has been used in oil and gas industry for several tens year to increase oil recovery in the past.This paper,the effective of LPG huff and puff to improve different kinds of heavy crude oil recovery in Liaohe oilfield had been studied systematically in high temperature and high pressure by using the physical cylinder model filled with sand.The influence of injection rate and the closing well time on LPG huff and puff effect had been researched.The result showed that the effects of viscous crude recovery were very good by LPG huff and puff,and huff and puff effect was relative to viscosity.
