摘要
信息化是设备管理现代化的内在要求,然而当今广为实行的点检定修制在信息化方面存在明显不足。ASP是目前流行的先进网络服务技术,研究点检定修制与ASP网络技术相结合,旨在构建一种能低成本的实现企业设备管理现代化的解决方案。通过对现有技术探讨表明,点检定修制与ASP平台相结合是充分可行的,所构建的新设备管理模式在继承传统点检定修制的优点基础上又兼有了ASP平台的共同特点,采用了Web Service技术并建立了专家数据库,大大提高了传统点检定修制的设备管理能力和水平,能方便实现企业间的信息互通,同时也是构建网上设备医院的有效途径。
Informationization is the inherent requirement of modem equipment management, but equipment inspection and maintenance have obvious shortage on informationization. ASP is the most popular network service technology. Equipment inspection and maintenance is one of the advance equipment management system. The aim of combine ASP and equipment inspection and maintenance is to fulfill the enterprises information access with the advance of ASP, and construct a low-cost solution. Through the study of existing technologies, make it clear that it＇s feasible to combine the two technologies together. The using the Web Service technology and the establishment of a database of experts has greatly improved the traditional equipment inspection and maintenance management capabilities and standards, and facilitate the realization of exchange of information between enterprises. And a network equipment hospital is constructed effectively.
