摘要
参考GB/T12985-1991取男性90%与女性10%人体尺寸作为尺寸上、下限值,建立中国人体数字模型。针对MCNC-1存在的人机问题,运用CATIA V5对其作业空间进行分析。从上肢空间伸展范围、操作姿势、显示区域等方面进行评价,发现设计中存在的问题,提出改进设计的依据,为数控机床的人机界面设计奠定了基础。
The paper makes reference to GB/T12985-1991, then selects the size of 90% men and 10% women for upper and lower limits. It aims at solving the ergonomic problems which exist in MCNC-1, using CATIA V5 to analyze the room to work. Doing an evaluation on upper limbs extension, gesture forms, and manifestation district. Finding out the problems of the NC machine, and introducing the reasonable idea of improvement design, laying foundation for the human-machine interface design of NC machine tool.
