妇产科护理人员营养知识、态度调查

INVESTIGATION ON THE KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE ABOUT NUTRITION AMONG OBSTETRIC AND GYNECOLOGIC NURSES

[目的]了解妇产科专科护理人员孕期营养及婴儿喂养方面的营养知识、态度现状,为今后对其进行营养教育提供基础资料。[方法]采用问卷调查法,对西安市某三甲医院妇产科141名护理人员进行营养知识、态度调查。[结果]调查对象对孕期营养及婴儿喂养相关的营养知识水平较差,及格率为78.9%,优秀率为0,而营养态度普遍较好,调查对象均认为有必要系统掌握孕期营养及婴儿喂养知识,其中66.2%的调查对象希望参加相关知识的培训,有61.9%者希望营养医生授课。[结论]非常有必要对妇产科专科护理人员进行孕期营养及婴儿喂养知识方面的营养教育。

[Objective]To investigate the knowledge and attitude status about nutrition of pregnant time and infant feeding among obstetric and gynecologic nurses,so as to provide basic information for further nutrition education.[Methods]By questionnaire investigation,the nutrition knowledge and attitude of 141 nurses were investigated in the obstetric and gynecologic department of a grade Ⅲ level A of Xi’an.[Results]These nurses were lack of related nutrition knowledge about the pregnant nutrition and infant-feeding,the passing rate was 78.9%,and the excellent rate was 0%. The attitude about nutrition showed to be good. Nurses thought that they should systematic master the knowledge about pregnant nutrition and infant-feeding nutrition,66.2% of them hoped they could attend the related training about knowledge of nutrition,and 61.9% of them hoped that they could get lectures from nutritional doctors.[Conclusion]Effective nutrition education about knowledge of pregnant nutrition and infant-feeding should be taken to the obstetric and gynecologic nurses.
