摘要
[目的]探讨孕期VitC、钙缺乏对胎儿骨发育的影响。[方法]常规生化方法测定68对母婴血清VitC、ALP和Ca++含量,采用SAS6.12软件包对检测数据进行分析处理。[结果]脐血VitC浓度为:(16.49±5.99)μmol/L。其中38.24%的样本﹤17μmol/L。ALP活性为:(141.72±41.63)U/L。其中35.29%的样本活性﹥145U/L。Ca++浓度为:(2.43±0.48)mmol/L,其中8.82%样本含量﹤2.23mmol/L。脐血低VitC的样品的ALP活性比正常样本略有增高,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),而低VitC组的Ca++浓度明显低于正常组(P﹤0.05)。低Ca++样本的ALP活性明显高于正常样本(P﹤0.05)。母血VitC浓度为:(9.06±3.68)μmol/L,低于正常者占80.88%。ALP活性为:(117.26±61.43)U/L,其中高于正常者占17.65%。Ca++浓度为:(2.44±0.55)mmol/L,其中低于正常者占20.59%。[结论]母婴普遍存在VitC水平低,提示母孕期应适当增加VitC的摄入量。低血钙与低VitC有关,孕母补充维生素D的同时应考虑VitC的补充。低维生素C组胎儿骨代谢较为活跃。
[Objective]To explore the effect of Vitamin C and Ca^++ Shortage of Pregnant women on bone growth in fetus.[Methods]The concentration of Vitamin C,Alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and Ca^++ in the umbilic blood of 68 newborn infants and blood of their mother was detected by the conventional biochemistry method. SAS 6.12 was performed to analyze the data detected.[Results]The concentration of Vit C in umbilic blood was(16.49 ± 5.99)μmol/L,and 38.24% of the samples were lower than 17 μmol/L;the activity of ALP was(141.72 ± 41.63)U/L,and 35.29% of them were higher than 145 U/L;the concentration of Ca^++ were(2.43 ± 0.48)mmol/L,and 8.82% of them were lower than 2.23 mmol/L. In those cases with lower vitamin C concentration,the ALP activity was slightly higher than normal samples,but no significant difference did not find(P﹥0.05),while the concentration of Ca^++ was significantly decreased when compared with normal people(P﹤0.05). In cases with lower Ca^++ concentration(P﹤0.05),the ALP activity showed significantly higher than that in normal group(P﹤0.05). The concentration of Vit C in the blood of pregnant women was(9.06 ± 3.68)μmol/L,80.88% of them were lower than the concentration in normal people;the activity of ALP was(117.26 ± 61.43)U/L,17.65% of them were higher than the concentration in normal people. The concentration of Ca^++ were(2.44 ± 0.55)mmol/L,which lower than the normal accounted for 20.59%.[Conclusion]Newborn infants and pregnant mothers were generally lack of vitamin C,it should promote the concentration of Vit C for pregnant women. Hypocalcemia was significantly association with lower Vit C,and the vitamin D and vitamin C should be supplied for pregnant women at the same time,the activity of fetal with lower vitamin C found to be high.
