广元市城区医疗机构2002～2006年消毒质量监测结果分析

ANALYSIS OF MONITORING RESULTS OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF GUANGYUAN FROM 2002 TO 2006

[目的]了解广元市医疗机构消毒质量状况,提高医院消毒质量,控制医院感染。[方法]参照中华人民共和国卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版和GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》进行检测和评价。[结果]广元市城区公立医疗机构消毒质量合格率(96.8%)高于私立医疗机构消毒质量合格率(69.1%),二者差异有统计学意义(χ2=364,P﹤0.05);空气消毒合格率63.4%,物体表面合格率75.1%,医护人员手合格率70.6%,使用中消毒液合格率97.4%;私立医疗机构消毒合格率从2002年的57.9%逐年上升到2006年的81.0%,各年度间差异有统计学意义(χ2=62.8,P﹤0.05)。[结论]不同类别的医疗机构消毒质量差异有统计学意义。

[Objective]To investigate status of disinfection quality in medical institutions of Guangyuan,to improve the disinfection quality in hospitals so as to control the hospital infection.[Methods]The disinfection quality were detected and evaluated by referring to the Technical Standard For Disinfection published by Hygienic Department of CPR in 2002 and GB15982-1995 Hygienic Standard For Disinfection In Hospital.[Results]The qualified rate of disinfection in public medical institutions（96.8%）was significantly higher than that in private medical institutions（69.1%）of Guangyuan（χ^2 = 364,P﹤0.05）. The qualified rates of disinfection in the air,on the surface of object,on the hands of staff,and in the disinfectors being used were 63.4%,75.1%,70.6%,and 97.4%,respectively. The qualified rate of disinfection in the public medical institutions increased form 57.9% in 2002 to 81.0% in 2006,and significant difference was found among the differences of each year（χ^2 = 62.8,P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]Significant differences showed among the disinfection quality in different kinds of medical institutions.
