摘要
电沉积Ni-F3-P非晶态合金晶化后具有很高的显微硬度,可作为表面耐磨镀层。研究了镇波成分、工艺参数、镀层热处理温度和时间等因素对Ni-Fe-P合金镀层显微硬度的影响规律。研究结果可根据生产需要,实现对Ni-Fe-P合金镀层显微硬度的控制。
Electrodeposited amorphous Ni-Fe-P alloys possess high microhardness after crystallization and can be used as wear resistant coating. Effects of bath composition, pH, temperature and c.d. as well as heat treatment on the microhardness of Ni-Fe-P alloy coatings have been investigated. Results can be used to control microhardness of Ni-Fe-P alloy coatings in practice.
