摘要
目的:研究乌点规醇溶性成分的降压作用。方法:用90%乙醇在40℃对乌点规的有效成分进行提取,以离体兔主动脉肌条为实验材料,观察乌点规醇溶性成分对去甲肾上腺素(NE)、氯化钾(KCl)的浓度-效应曲线的影响以及对α受体和β受体的作用。结果:乌点规醇溶性成分对家兔离体主动脉血管平滑肌具有很强的扩血管作用。结论:乌点规醇溶性成分能舒张被NE、KCl收缩的主动脉肌条,并且不依赖于阻断α受体和β受体,而是通过阻断钙通道实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To study the antihypertensive effect of the alcohol soluble composition of Wudiangui. METHODS: The active component in Wudiangui was extracted with 90% alcohol at 40℃ ;with isolated aortic smooth muscle strip of rabbits as experimental material to observe the effects of the alcohol soluble composition of Wudiangui on the dose - response curves of norepinephrine (NE) and Potassium Chloride (KCl) as well as α- and β receptors, RESULTS: The alcohol soluble composition of Wudiangui has potent vasodilating effect on rabbits' aortic smooth muscles ex vivo. CONCLUSION : The aortic smooth muscle strips that had been contracted by NE and KCL can be relaxed by the alcohol soluble composition of Wudiangui through blocking calcium channel, and this effect is independent of the blockage of α- and β receptors.
