摘要
目的:建立复方茵黄解毒汤的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中蒲公英、大黄、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定咖啡酸和阿魏酸的含量。结果:TLC中蒲公英、大黄、黄柏斑点清晰;咖啡酸与阿魏酸的检测浓度分别在8~40μg·mL-1(r=0·9997)、8~40μg·mL-1(r=0·9995)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;二者平均回收率分别为99·29%与99·38%,RSD分别为0·81%与0·65%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于本品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Compound Yinhuang detoxication decoction. METHODS: Herba Taraxaci, Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, and Cortex Phellodendri in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC; the contents of Caffeic acid and FeruLic acid were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The TLC spots of Herba Taraxaci, Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, and Cortex Phellodendri were all clear. The linear range of Caffeic acid was 8-40μg· mL^-1( r = 0.999 7) versus 8-40μg· mL^-1(r = 0.999 5) of Ferulic acid. The average recoveries were 99.29% and 99.38% with RSD at 0.81% and 0.65% (n = 6), respectively. CONCLUSION: The established standards can be used for the quality control of Compound Yinhuang detoxication decoction.
