概述了我国乡镇企业啤酒工业的现状和存在的环境问题，探讨了通过技术改造、清洁生产和生态工程等措施解决这些问题的途径及乡镇啤酒业的发展方向。
The present situation and environmental problems of beer production intownship indutry are discribed. It is discussed for the ways to so1ve theseproblems by means of renoyation of technology, clean production and ecolo-gical engineering- The reasonab1e orientation of deyelopment direction oftownship beer industry is also discussed in this paper.
