摘要
钻井水溶开采是二十世纪六、七十年代发展起来的新兴采矿工艺,矿床勘查时对矿区区域地质构造、矿区水文地质特征、矿床地质特征等研究不够,对开采中后期出现的问题无法预料。随着岩盐水溶开采时间的延续,有的采区出现严重的漏失,给矿区生产组织带来困难,使采卤成本大幅增高。本文通过对威西岩盐体长山矿区来牟采区严重漏失卤井的漏失成因分析及恢复生产的总结,提出了钻井水溶开采严重漏失采区卤井恢复生产的可行性、必要性及方法。
Solution mining in drilled wells is a new mining process which developed from the 1960s and 1970s of the 20th century, and the research on the regional geological structure, the hydrological geology character of the mine area and the geological character of the salt deposit etc. is not enough, which has resulted in lack of predictions on the problems that will appear in the middle and late period. With the elapse of time for solution mining of the rock salt, there are severe leakages in some mining concessions, which brings difficulty to the production organization and largely increases the cost of brine extraction. Through analyzing the leakage reason of severe leakage brine wells of the Laimu mining concession in Changshan salt mine of Weixi rock salt deposit and summarizing the resumption of production, this paper puts forward the feasibility, necessity and method for the brine well to resume production in severe leakage mining concession by solution mining in dilled wells.
