通过对目前PTA主装置工艺流程的研究,分析出PTA工艺中存在的潜在危险因素即外部火灾、有毒易燃物体的泄放、设备内部爆炸、蒸气云爆炸、重金属污染等,通过本质化安全设计,采取系统措施使潜在危险的发生概率降到最低。

Through the study of the present PTA main plant technological process, the potential dangerous factors in PTA process were analysed such as the outside fire, the discharge of poisonous and flammable material, the equipment inside explosion, the vapor cloud explosion and heavy metals pollution etc. By the essential safety design, systern measures were taken so that the potential danger occurrence probability touch the bottom.
