Modification of inner bearing seal structure in centrifuge for PTA production

对PTA装置精制单元离心机进料端内部轴承密封结构进行了改造,克服了以前设计中密封不严对设备的正常运行带来的困难,延长轴承的使用寿命,提高了离心机的运转周期。

Modification was carried out on the inner bearing seal structure of the refining unit centrifuge feed end in PTA plant. The disadvantage effect of the not tight sealed of the former design on the equipment normal running was overcomed. The lifetime of the bearing was prolonged, the operation cycle of the centrifuge was increased.
