摘要
把含酯二元醇和含硅二元醇按3比1的质量比同时与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,在室温下成膜,得到含硅的聚氨酯膜。通过对其退火处理后的接触角和表面能分析,选定退火处理6h后的薄膜进行表面形貌分析。结果表明含硅组分向聚四氟乙烯板方向发生了迁移。
When the ration of α, ω-bis (4-hydroxybutyl) polydimethylsiloxane to poly (ethylene-glycol-adipate) diols was 1:3, they reacted to 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate. Then silicon-based polyurethane film was formatted through film forming at room temperature. We studied the contact angle and the surface free energy after annealing process. Then we studied the film surface morphological structure after heat-treating 6h. The results showed silicon could move to teflon.
