代谢综合征中医证型与Hs-CRP、TNF-α的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究代谢综合征中医证型与Hs-CRP、TNF-α及其他相关指标水平的关系,为代谢综合征中医微观辨证提供客观依据。方法:依据西医诊断标准及病例排除标准,将入选的65例代谢综合征患者通过辨证分型,分为痰湿壅盛证,气阴两虚证,阴阳两虚、血瘀水停证,肝郁脾虚证四型,并设正常对照组15例。对4组不同证型代谢综合征患者的Hs-CRP、TNF-α及其他相关指标进行两两比较,然后分别与正常对照组对比,观察代谢综合征患者各证型与Hs-CRP、TNF-α及其他相关指标水平的关系。结果:代谢综合征各证型Hs-CRP水平比较,肝郁脾虚证组明显高于其他4组。代谢综合征各证型TNF-α水平比较,肝郁脾虚证组明显高于其他4组。结论:代谢综合征各证型与Hs-CRP、TNF-α水平有一定的相关性,各项指标在4个证型之间具有较明显的差异,可以作代谢综合征中医辨证的客观依据。
