摘要
该实验采用化学共沉淀法,结合制备磁性流体的方法,使磁性物在细胞内生成。实验结果证明在相对低温的情况下,制备以锰锌铁氧体为填充物的磁性纸用纤维是可行的。通过XRD和SEM-EDXA检测证明,此填充方法得到纤维的细胞壁和细胞腔都有填充物,而且在细胞壁和细胞腔内的填充物含量相近。
This paper adopt the coprecipitation method to prepare the magnetic fluids. This method makes magnetic matter produced in cell inner. The test results show that the preparation of magnetized paper fiber filled by manganese zinc ferrite is feasible at relatively low temperature. XRD and SEM-EDXA examination indicates that the cell-wall and lumen are filled with manganese zinc ferrite. The filler content of cell-wall is close to that of lumen.
