本文研究用电解法处理造纸清黑液去除水中有机物,降低COD。电解液的电流密度、氯离子含量、pH值、电极板间距离是影响电解处理效果的主要因素。采用单因素试验和正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件。

This article studies uses electricity the solution processing papermaking clear black liquor to remove in the water the organicmatter, reduces COD. Between the electrolyte current density, thechloride ion content, the pH value, the plate the distance is affectsthe electrolysis processing effect the primary factor. Used the singlefactor experiment and the orthogonal experiment has determined thebest craft condition.
