高校整体性、开放性德育体系的构建

ON THE CONSTRUCT OF THE ENTIRETY AND THE OPENING OF MORAL EDUCATION SYSTEM IN HIGHER SCHOOLS

高校要提高德育的实效性,就应构建整体性、开放性的运作体系。一是构建由"八个一"组成的内容体系;二是构建生活化、课堂教学、关注贫困大学生的道德调适、消除网络文化负面影响、注重大学生公正伦理的认知和培养、切实贯彻和运用主体性原则等途径和方法体系;三是构建"人性化的他律,觉悟性的自律"的管理体系;四是构建人性化、动态化、多元化的评价体系。

Colleges and universities are going to improvc the moral education actual effect,to respond to the operation system structuring globality right away. The first is to build the content system that ＂one is composed of from eight＂ ;the second is to build life-rization, classroom teaching, show solicitude for morality of poor college student adjustment and adaption, remove network culture approach and method system such as negative impartial ethics cognition affecting, attaching importance to a college student and the principle fostering, conscientiously, putting a subject into effect and wielding;The third is to build＂the personalization heteronomy, the consciousness autonomy ＂administrative system; the fourth is to build the valuation system of humanism, dynamic development and diversification.
