摘要
"质量工程"和"2号文件"是21世纪党中央、国务院在高等教育领域实施的又一项重大工程。"质量工程"的开展实施标志着我国高等教育进入了一个以质量为核心的历史发展时期。"质量工程"包含着新的高教发展的理念,其重点建设的六个项目具有全局性和开创性。结合地方经济文化及学校自身发展的状况,深层次的领会与贯彻落实"质量工程"和"2号文件"精神对于地方性高校内涵发展与质量快速提升有着重要的现实意义。
＂Quality project＂ and the ＂No. 2 Document＂ issued by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council constitute another great project in our higher education in the 21st century. It indicates that China＇ s higher education has entered a qualityoriented historic period of develcpment, which includes new thoughts about higher education development and six key items with wide and pioneer characters. It is of great significance for provincial universities to further understand and implement the document according to the development of local economy and culture and of the university in its development of intension and rapid growth of quality.
