The quality control in the erection process is very important for preventing the bursting-leakage failures of four kinds tubes（economizer,air preheater, water wall and superheater tubes）of boilers,for example,welding quality defects,inside cleanness of boiler＇s pressure parts ctc.problems as well as the quality control,management and stress failure of raw and processed materials etc. factors.The paper discussed the technical measures and advanced technologies in the capital construction process for preventing the bursting-leakage failures of four kinds tubes of boilers after commissioning.
