摘要
在详细分析现行沥青混合料配合比设计方法不足的基础上,提出采用能够模拟现场碾压工况并以力学参数为设计指标的GTM设计方法进行沥青混合料配合比设计,分析对比GTM与马歇尔方法设计结果,提出与GTM方法相匹配的施工工艺。研究结果表明,与马歇尔设计结果相比,GTM方法设计的沥青混合料路用性能大幅度提高。实体工程表明,尽管GTM设计的混合料油石比较低、压实度标准较高,但使用现有的施工设备,施做的路面压实度完全可以达到较高标准,现场空隙率可控制在6%以下。
In order to solve the pavement premature damage phenomena, existing asphalt mixture design method's defect of compacting style and design standards are analyzed; Gyratory testing machine (GTM) which is in possession of gyratory compacting style and mechanical parameter design standards is applied; volume parameter and road performance of asphalt mixtures which designed respectively by GTM method and Marshall Method are contrasted. New asphalt pavement construction technique which based on GTM method is put forward. Study results indicate that the new mixture which designed by GTM method has better road performance than Marshall method. Project construction shows that although new mixture has lesser asphalt content and higher density, using existing compacting equipments, pavement can be compacted to higher compacting degree and pavement void ratio is less than 6%.
