摘要
对目前我国营造林的作业设计,特别是林业重点工程的作业设计要求与现状进行了介绍与分析。根据近几年国家林业重点工程综合核查的有关资料,对影响我国营造林作业设计质量的因素进行了较详细的分析,并提出了提高我国营造林作业设计质量的对策与措施。
Based on afforestation verifications, this paper analyzed the factors to influence the operational design quality for state afforestation program in China, and some suggestion and countermeasures to enhance operational design quality for afforestation, are proposed for the future work.
