山区新农村建设中生态经济协调发展的案例研究——以太湖源镇白沙村为例

Case Studies on the Coordinated Development of Ecological Economy in the Mountain New Rural Constructions——using Baisha village in Taihuyuan township for a case

通过典型山区村——太湖源镇白沙村的案例,采用参与式访谈等方法,阐述了白沙村的发展历程,并对其生态经济协调发展的成效进行了深入剖析,认为白沙村发展的成效主要体现在两个方面,即经济发展水平显著提高,人民生活质量明显改善;生态环境明显改善,人们满意度显著提升。在此基础上总结了白沙村生态经济协调发展的经验,包括:转变经济发展理念,拓展村民增收渠道;多方参与改革进程,共同拉动经济转型,并提出了结论与建议。

The socialistic new rural construction is the main content of developing the rural social undertakings and building the harmonious society. The coordinated development of ecological economy is very important in the process of mountain new rural constructions. Based on using Baisha which is the typical mountain village as a case and research methods such as Participatory interview, this paper discussed the development process of it and analyzed the effects for coordinated development of ecological economy in Baisha. This paper considered that the effects mainly included two parts： First, the economy and people＇s lives developed significantly; second, the ecological environment and the degree of satisfaction for people also improved obviously. According this, it summarized the experience of coordinated development of ecological economy in Baisha, including changing the concepts of economic development, expanding sources of villagers＇ incomes; Multi-participation in the reform process and jointly droving the transformation of economic pattern. At last this paper gave the conclusions and recommendations.
