摘要
在某城市地铁车站出入口通道,为检验淤泥质地层中双重管注浆的效果,进行了现场注浆试验,试验中对注浆顺序、扩散半径、不同配比等进行了对比,就注浆对管线影响情况进行了监控,并结合试验结束后的原位试验及室内试验,对注浆效果进行了综合分析和评价.通过试验表明双重管注浆可以达到地层加固的目的,能够满足本工程暗挖施工的需要.
Since the pipe-roof method is first applied in a city subway station entrance, horizontal grouting in-situ test is implemented for verification of the consolidation effect of grouting on the muck soil. The grouting sequence, diffuse distance and the grouting recipe are studied. The ground settlement is measured. The consolidation effect is estimated based on the ground deformation, in conjunction with the cone penetration test (CPT) and geotechnical test. Test result show that the grouting consolidation can satisy the need of pipe-roof construction.
