摘要
在热轧工艺背景下,以提高组批率、轧制效率和批量计划质量为目标,提出了一种热轧批量计划编制的新结构。分别建立了单一、混合轧制计划类型的主体材计划数学规划模型(VRP),提出了轧制计划类型最小区间编制规则,并采用专家经验实现计划协调。该编制流程改善了传统热轧批量计划模式的不足,提高了批量计划的组批数量、轧制效率和组批质量,实现了多目标优化。运用实际现场数据进行模拟,证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
To improve rolling quantity, efficiency and quality, a new frame of hot rolling hatch planning according to hot rolling baekgroud is proposed. Principal part of rolling planning VRP model with single plan-type and with mixed plan-type are presented respectively. The implement rule of plan-type min-zone is advanced and expert experiences are applied to plan harmonizing. The method can reform the weakness of traditional planning mode, and improve rolling quantity, efficiency and quality. The simulation with production data shows that the proposed technology is effective and available.
