摘要
结合实际的工程例题,比较了AutoPSA与CAESARⅡ在弹簧选型方面的异同。考虑到热态吊零、冷态吊零以及各种弹簧选取方式,探讨了AutoPSA弹簧设计的基本功能。针对管道的多工况运行状态,AutoPSA提供了多载荷工况弹簧支吊架设计方法。
The hanger spring design of AutoPSA and CAESAR H is compared with some actual engineering examples. The paper provided result about basic analysis such as hot load design, cold load design and several spring selected methods. Considering multiple operating cases of pipe system, multiple load case design is adopted in AutoPSA.
