住院精神分裂症男女患者自测健康对照分析

The contrast investigation of the self-rated health between the male and female of schizophrenic patients in hospital

目的:了解精神分裂症男、女患者自测健康状况。方法:采用自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)对120例住院精神分裂症患者进行自测健康水平评定。结果:男女组之间在社会健康子量表方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而生理健康子量表分、心理健康子量表分、健康自测量表总分均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:女性精神分裂症患者社会健康水平高于男性患者,自测健康评定量表能较客观地反映健康状况的性别差异。

Objective： To investigate the self- rated health status in male and female of schizophrenic patients. Methods： The self - rated health status in 120 members of schizophrenic patients were assessed with the Self-rated Health Measurement Scale（SRHMS）. Results：There was significant difference between the female and the male groups in social health subscale（ P 〈 0.05）. But no significant difference in physical, mental health subscale and the total scores of SRHMS（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The self - rated social health on female patient. SRHMS could show the sexual difference of self - rated social health on female patient. SRHMS could show the sexual differece self-rated health on schizohreria objectively.
