宫颈鳞癌病人血清SCCAg及CA125的表达

Study on the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen and CA125 level of cervical cancer patients

目的探讨宫颈鳞癌病人血清鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原（SCCAg）和CA125的表达。方法选取经病理切片证实的宫颈鳞癌病人97例，良性宫颈病变组45例，正常妇女血清30例，空腹抽取静脉血2-3mL检测SCCAg和CA125。结果SCCAg恶性组（4．01±0．72）ng／L，良性组（0．98±0．45）ng／L，对照组（0．72±0．62）ng／L；良性组，对照组和恶性组比较均有显著的统计学意义（P〈0．05）。CA125恶性组（28．06±6．23）U／mL，良性组（14．21±1．02）U／mL，对照组（13．64±1．34）U／mL；良性组，对照组和恶性组比较均没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。SCCAg在临床各期的阳性百分比为66．7％～100％，各期之间、病理分级和有无淋巴结转移间的表达没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。CA125在临床各期的阳性百分比为0％～76．4％，Ⅱ、Ⅲ期与0、Ⅰ，病理分级和有无淋巴结转移间的表达有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论SCCAg在子宫颈鳞癌的表达有一定敏感性，而与临床分期无关；CA125在子宫颈鳞癌的表达敏感性不高，但与肿瘤的分期，转移及预后有一定关系。

Objective To study the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen and CA125 level of cervical cancer patients. Methods 2 to 3 ml blood sampling from 97 cervical cancer patients confirmed by pathological examination, 45 benign patients and 30 healthy women for assessment of the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen and CA125 level were performed on fasting condition. Results Significant differences of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen level were observed between malignancy group, benign group and control group （4.01±0.72）ng/L, （0.98±0.45）ng/L and （0.72±0.62）ng/L, There were no differences of CA125 level in malignancy group, benign group and control group （28.06±6.23）U/mL, （14.21±1.02）U/mL and （13.64±1.34）U/mL. The positive rates of serum squamous cell carcinoma in clinical stage were 66.7 to 100 percent without statistical significance in clinical stage, pathological grading and lymph node involvement. The positive rates of CA125 were zero to 76.4 percent with statistical significance between stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ and 0,Ⅰ, clinical stage, pathological grade and lymph node involvement. Conclusions The levels of serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen might play an important role in diagnosing cervical cancer, nor in clinical stage. CA125 levels have no important values in diagnosing squamous carcinoma of the cervix, but it might be related to clinical stage and metastasis,
