白介素-2和顺铂联合治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床分析

Clinical study on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion with a combination of interleukin-2 and cisplatin

目的观察重组人白介素-2和顺铂联合腔内给药对恶性胸腔积液治疗的效果。方法38例恶性胸腔积液病人（均经病理组织学或细胞学确诊），经中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺置管引流胸水后联合注入重组人白介素-2和顺铂，2次／wk，连续2wk。判断指标总有效率（CR＋PR）、生活质量状况及毒副反应。结果本组38例病人总有效率为73．7％，生活质量状况提高52．6％，4例发热（10．5％），2例胸痛（5．26％），心电图、血常规和肝肾功能无明显变化。结论重组白细胞介素-2和顺铂联合腔内给药对恶性胸腔积液治疗有一定的疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of malignant pleural effusion （MPE） with a combination of interleukin-2 and cisplatin.. Methods 38 patients with MPE were applied with central venous catheters to drain the pleural effusion, the combination of interleukin-2 and cisplatin was injected into thoracic cavity, twice one week for 2 weeks. The effective rate, life quality and toxicity were observed. Results In our study, the effective rate was 73.7%, the improvement of life quality was 52.6%, 4 patients had fever（10.5%）, and two patients had chest complaint. Electrocardiogram, blood routine, and liver and renal functions were normal. Conclusions Intracavitary administration combined with interleukin-2 and cisplatin is effective in the treatment of MPE.
