摘要
AKT是细胞生存通路PI3K/AKT的关键分子,其持续活化与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,已被定义为癌基因,它通过磷酸化多种作用底物,在促进细胞生长、增殖,促进细胞运动、侵袭,抑制细胞凋亡,促进血管生成,抵抗化疗和放疗及内分泌治疗等方面起重要作用。本文就其与乳腺癌各种治疗的关系作一综述。
Akt is a key molecule in the PI3K/Akt pathway of cell survival. Its continuous activation is closely related to tumorigenesis. Akt has been defined as an oncogene. Its mechanism of action is phosphorylation of corresponding substrates. It plays an important role in many aspects, such as promoting cell growth and proliferation, facilitating cell movement and invasion, inhibiting cell apoptosis, promoting angiogenesis, resisting chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy, and so on. This article reviewed the relationship between Akt and the therapies of breast cancer.
