多片撞壁喷雾的空间分布特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 对四孔油嘴与多片导向套配合的碰撞喷雾进行了可视化试验研究,分析了背压及碰撞角对喷雾空间分布特性的影响。结果表明:与自由喷雾相比,多片撞壁喷雾的喷注液核区明显减小,扩散度显著提高;全碰方案较半碰方案具有更大的喷雾扩散范围;贯穿距随碰撞角的增大加而减小,扩散角和扩散范围随碰撞角的增大而增加。 The visualized experiment was carried out on the coordination spray impingement of multi-flake orientation sleeve and 4-hole nozzles. The impact of backing pressure and impingement angle on space distribution characteristic was analyzed. The result indicates that comparing to the free spray, the multi-flake spray impingement bears smaller core zone of oil bunch and obviously increases the degree of spread. Comparing with half-impingement, full-impingement has bigger spray diffusion area. Spray penetration decrease with the increase of impinging angle, diffusion angle and area increase with the increase of the impingement angle.
