摘要
目的观察动脉抗凝全血与静脉血清检测血钾浓度结果的差异并探讨其临床意义。方法82例患者同时抽取股动脉抗凝全血与肘静脉血血清分别利用德国bayer348血气分析仪和国产迅达XD687电解质分析仪进行组间比较。结果动脉抗凝全血与静脉血清血钾含量差值比较均有显著性。结论应用动脉抗凝全血检测血钾浓度具有快速、及时、微量、稳定性好等优点,但应注意与临床惯用的静脉血清钾测定值之间的差异。
Objective To observe the difference between the results of blood kalium density detected in artery anticoaguated whole blood and in vein blood serum. Methods The femoral artery anticoaguated whole blood and elbow vein serum were taken from 83 patients, and Bayer 348 Blood Gas Analyzer made in Germany and XD687 Electrolyte Analyzer made in China were used to make the detection, and then the results were compared. Results There existed a significant difference between the results of blood kalium density detected in artery anticoaguated whole blood and in vein blood serum. Conclusion It has such advantages as short time, small volum of sample blood and good stability to detect the blood kalium with artery anticoaguated whole blood, but attention should be paid to the difference in the results detected with vein blood serum.
