兰索拉唑、硫糖铝、呋喃唑酮治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of the Combined Treatment with Lansoprazole,Sucralfate and Furozolidone for Patients with Peptic Ulcer of Positive Hp

目的观察兰索拉唑、硫糖铝、呋喃唑酮三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除效果及对消化性溃疡(PU)的治疗效果。方法对142例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组72例,给予兰索拉唑15mg,每日2次;呋喃唑酮100mg,每日2次;硫糖铝1000mg,每日3次;饭前服用,疗程2周。对照组70例,给予胶体果胶铋100mg,每日3次;硫糖铝1000mg,每日3次;呋喃唑酮100mg,每日2次;饭前服用,疗程2周。停药4周后复查胃镜。结果治疗组与对照组Hp根除率分别为93.9%、53.5%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);溃疡愈合率分别为97.22%、77.14%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑、硫糖铝、呋喃唑酮三联疗法具有疗程短、疗效高、依从性好、治疗中无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of the combined treatment with Lansoprazole, Sucralfate and Furozolidone in eradicating Hp and the curative effect in treating peptic ulcer. Methods 142 cases with peptic ulcer of positive Hp were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group （ n = 72） and control group （ n = 70）. 15mg of Lansoprazole, twice a day, 100mg of Furozolidone, twice a day and 1000mg of Sucralfate, 3 times a clay were given to the treatment group before meal, the course lasted for 2 weeks; 100mg of Colloidal bismmth pectin, 3 times a day, 1000mg of Sucralfate, 3 times a day and 100mg of Furozolidone, twice a day were given to the control group, the course lasted for 2 weeks. Gastroscopic examination was performed to all the patients 6 weeks after treatment. Results The rates of Hp eradication in the treatment group and control group were 93.9% and 53.5% respectively, the rates of ulcer healing were 97.22 % and 77.14 % respectively （ P 〈 0.05）, the difference was significant. Conclusions The combined treatment with Lansoprazole, Sucralfate and Furozolidone has such advantages as short course, good effect and no obvious side-effect.
