摘要
研究了利用陶瓷膜过滤古龙酸发酵液,该发酵液是指有机膜过滤古龙酸发酵液至一定浓缩倍数时的料液。其内容包括利用陶瓷膜分离技术从浓缩的古龙酸发酵液中直接分离出古龙酸钠的可行性及其最适宜的工艺,并对分离过程中存在的膜污染与膜清洗作了研究。结果表明,采用孔径为50 nm的陶瓷膜,浓缩的古龙酸发酵液中古龙酸钠含量为9%左右,过膜压差为0.35 MPa,膜面流速为4.5 m.s-1,操作温度为35℃,浓缩倍数为3倍,膜过滤通量维持在35~50 L.(m2.h)-1,在此条件下,陶瓷膜的透析液质量优良,单批产品收率达到99%以上。
This paper discusses the application of ceramic membrane in the uhrafiltration of 2-keto-L-gulonic acid fermentation liquor. The solution obtained is actually the gulonic acid fermentation liquor concentrated by the organic membrane filtration to a certain multiplier. The paper focuses on several issues, including the feasibility of separating the sodium gulonic acid directly from the fermentation liquor by utilizing the ceramic membrane centralization technique and the appropriate process, as well as the membrane fouling and cleaning in the process. The result shows that by using the ceramic membrane with a pore diameter of 50 nm, in the concentrated fermentation liquor with the sodium gulonic acid content of 9%, under the working conditions of differential pressure of passing membrane at 0.35 MPa, control flowing speed through membrane surface at 4.5 m·s^-1 and operation temperature at 35℃, keeping a concentration multiplier of 3x, the quality of filtered solution is excellent, and that the yield per batch reaches more than 99% and the membrane flux can be kept at 35-50 L·(m^2·h)^-1.
