科学性和思想性相结合原则是高等教育学基本原则之一。在运用这一原则组织"两课"教学时,一方面要以科学性为前提和切入点,注重科学内容和教学方法的科学性,缜密组织教学因材施教;另一方面要以思想性为出发点和归宿,通过育人达到树人的教学目的。同时,在教学中还要兼顾两者的关系,两者有机结合才能培养出社会主义的一代新人。
