农村合作医疗制度在我国的发展历经波折,建国初期在全国得到普遍推广,而家庭联产承包制度实行后却全面解体。近年来,合作医疗制度成为解决我国农民医疗服务保障的重要举措,再次得到青睐。为了促进农村合作医疗制度的健康发展,我国在吸收建国初期医疗合作社的经验教训的同时,还应该结合现阶段的发展新情况,构建有效的相关法律制度。

In china, the rural cooperative medical care system has undergone many twists and turns. It spread widely in the early period after the founding of new China, and was abolished after carrying out household contract responsibility system. Nowadays, as an important measure of rural basic medical security, the cooperative medical care system is paid more and more attention again. In order to improve the healthy and sustainable development of the cooperative medical care system, we should establish effective law system basing on both the related experience before and the reality of our country now.
