摘要
对目前我国女性人力资源开发现状的基本判断是:(1)在国家整体人力资源开发战略中,女性处于低端位置。(2)城乡女性人力资源约1/3至1/2的部分未能有效就业和有效开发。(3)女性人力资源整体性系统性开发不足。应在尽快完善女性人力资源整体性系统性开发战略规划和实施方案、构建其社会支持系统和专业化管理机构及职业化队伍等方面做出战略性安排。
The basic judgments of Chinese women's human resources are: firstly, women are in a very low position in the strategy of national integrated human resources exploration. Secondly, about 1/3 to 1/2 of urban women human resources are not effectively employed and explored. Thirdly, the systematic exploration of this resource is deficient. We should make strategic arrangements in the perspective of perfecting its integrated exploration, implementation program, social supporting system and professional management organization construction and professional teams.
