摘要
20世纪20～30年代是中国社会转型的重要时期，也是各种社会矛盾激发的重要时期。这时的婚姻关系也出现了一系列重大变化，特别是女方主动提出离婚的人数大量增加。原因有三：观念的变迁、妇女社会地位的提高，以及国家法制的完善。但是女子主动提出离婚还面临诸多障碍。
All sorts of social factors were developing towards modernization in unquiet Republic of China . Meanwhile, there were great changes appearing in marriage especially women＇s initiative to suggest divorce was increasing. To our great surprise, we want to analyze its masons while we find pains and bitters after their divorce, but most importantly we hear women＇s voice of freedom and liberty.
