摘要
忠诚与利益、企业文化之间存在着密切的关系。企业本质上是利益关系的集合体,企业与员工之间的忠诚必然以利益为纽带,员工对企业的忠诚是实现企业利益的源泉,员工忠诚于企业以增进自身利益为条件。企业文化是人力资源的开发和运用,它所内涵的人本精神、价值观为实现忠诚与利益提供了人文环境和精神动力。
There is a close relationship between loyalty and interest and corporate culture. In essence the company is a combination of interest relations. The loyalty between company and its employees are based on interest, and the employees' loyalty to companies is the source of corporate interests, and the employees' loyalty is subject to increase their interests. Corporate culture is the exploration and application of human resources, its inner humane spirits and values provide humane environment and motivation for loyalty and interests.
