摘要
在社会转型的历史进程中,学校教育要完成自己的文化使命,客观上需要教师文化发生具有时代意义的转向。这一转向具体表现在四个层面:教师的角色要从"神"转向人;教师的价值要从外在工具转向生命发展价值;教师的权利与责任要从非对称转向对称;教师的文化素养要从单向维度转向多维视野。
In the historical course of social transition, objectively, school education needs teacher culture to have an epoch-making shift when it wants to complete its own cultural mission. Such a shift finds expressions as follows: the teacher's role should shift from "god" to man, the teacher's value from an external instrument to life development value, the teacher's rights and responsibilities from asymmetrical to symmetrical, and the teacher's cultural quality from one-dimensional to multi-dimensional.
