摘要
理论与实践的整合是苏格兰教师教育的目标和特色。苏格兰教师职前教育的"伙伴关系"模式为教师教育中理论与实践的整合提供了制度保障,而教师教育机构的课程教学则在理论学习与实践体验之间建立了实质性的联系,理论与实践的整合在教师教育的教学过程中得以真正实现。本文以阿伯丁大学教育学院的本科初等教育专业为例进行分析,并简要地阐述了苏格兰的做法对我国教师教育的启示。
Integrating educational theory into practical school experience is an aim and characteristic of initial teacher education in Scotland. This paper analyzes the supportive system of its integration, and taking the BED primary courses of University of Aberdeen for an example, it discusses concrete tactics of integration. This paper also presents some hints to improve our teacher education.
