Definition, Structure and Function of Procuratorial Culture

提出一个学术概念并就其内涵、外延加以阐释,这只是学术理论研究活动的开始,而更为重要,也更被人关心的问题是,提出这些新概念是想告诉我们什么?对于何谓检察文化,不同学术背景、实务经验的研究者给予了不同的回答。[2]本文中,笔者继续在"法律文化—检察权—检察制度"等分析进路的基础上,对检察文化的界定、结构与功能问题给予回答。

To put forward an academic concept with the explanation of its connotation and denotation is merely the beginning of theoretical research activities in academic circles. What the new concept really tells us seems to be more important and concerned by people. Researchers with different academic backgrounds or practical experiences may give quite different answers to the question of what is procuratorial culture. Based on the analyses of legal culture, procuratorial power and procuratorial system, the author aims to give an answer to the question in terms of the definition, the structure and the function.
