基于熵的复杂系统分划方法在中医证候诊断标准研究中的应用

Application of entropy partition method for complex system in study of TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria

目的:探索基于熵的复杂系统分划方法在中医证候诊断标准研究中的应用。方法:根据临床流行病学调查获得血管内皮功能障碍四诊资料,以基于熵的复杂系统分划方法对血管内皮功能障碍阴虚证诊断标准进行研究。结果:建立的血管内皮功能障碍阴虚证的诊断标准有较好的诊断效能。结论:基于熵的复杂系统分划方法适用于中医证候诊断标准的研究,方法科学严谨,有临床实用价值。

Objective： To explore the application of entropy partition method for complex system in study of TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria. Methods： On the basis of the materials of four diagnostic methods on vascular endothelial dysfunction obtained by clinical epidemiological survey, we studied the diagnostic criteria of syndrome with yin asthenia in the vascular endothelial dysfunction according to the entropy partition method for complex system. Results： The diagnostic criteria of syndrome with yin asthenia in the vascular endothelial dysfunction had a good diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion： The method of entropy partition for complex system is suitable for the study of the diagnostic criteria of syndrome in TCM. It is scientific and strict, and has the realistic clinic values.
