摘要
通过大量的对比实验,为S-144DR红外硫磺仪设定了合理的测量条件和工作参数,使之能准确快速地测定出煤焦中的总硫含量。实验表明,该仪器的准确度、精密度均能达到或优于GB/T214-1996的标准,并且其分析周期大大缩短,只需2～3 min。
By means of a great deal of contrast experiments, reasonable measurement conditions and operational parameters for the S- 144DR infrared sulfur meter are established, so that it can determine the total sulfur content in coal and coke quickly and accurately. The experiments indicate that the accuracy and precision of this instrument can achieve or surpass the standard of GB/T214-1996, moreover its analysis period is shorten enormously and needs 2- 3 min merely.
