摘要
简述了熔体超声细化技术的机理,重点分析了超声功率、超声处理熔体温度、处理时间、冷却方式、超声变幅杆施振位置、超声导入方式和铸型尺寸及形状等工艺参数对超声细化效果的影响,指出了超声细化技术研究目前存在的主要问题,并对未来提出了展望。
The mechanism on ultrasonic refining technology is described in brief. The effects of technical parameters, including ultrasonic power, melt temperature, processing time, cooling-down methods, the vibrating position of ultrasonic transformer, the ultrasonic -producing methods, dimension and shape of the casting mold, on the refining efficiency are analyzed on the emphasis. And the urgent problems at present for ultrasonic refining technology and its prospect are reviewed.
