摘要
目的了解同性恋/男男性接触者(MSM)网上接触的平台——同性恋网站,为开展艾滋病性传播疾病(AIDS/STD)健康教育提供参考依据。方法定量定性相结合,网上观察法调查同性恋网站,并填写网站调查问卷;深入访谈网站负责人。结果共调查同性恋网站112个,以MSM为主;网站在网上交友、获取信息、网络聊天室等服务上功能突出,为MSM寻找性伴创造便利条件;网站已开展基于网络AIDS/STD健康教育,形式以同伴教育为主。结论互联网在促进MSM间交往的同时,可使AIDS/STD在该人群中更快的传播。然而,也可以利用互联网在MSM中开展健康教育,以达到控制AIDS/STD的目的。
Objective To investigate using situation and function of hcmosexual websites which were the platform to contact online for men who have sex with men （MSM）, and provide evidence and advice for AIDS/STD disease control and health education. Methods Quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted. The professional investigator filled in questionnaires by observing homosexual websites online and held deep interview with the principals of websites. Results 112 homosexual websites were investigated, mostly for MSM. These websites provided promininent service in the aspects of online intercourse, information and network chat room ete, which made MSM seeking for sex partners more efficient. Some websites developed internet-based AIDS/STD prevention, peer education taking the majority. Conclusion Internet offered fast and efficient encounters resulting in sexual contact for MSM, which could lead to more AIDS/STD transnission. However, the Internet also offered possibilities for innovative approaches to promote AIDS/STD prevention among MSM.
