摘要
研究了铁屑-活性炭微电解法处理含铬(Ⅵ)废水的工艺条件及机理。试验结果表明,在未调节废水pH值(0.5)的条件下,铁屑与活性炭的质量比为10∶1,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为60min,处理的废水量为30mL/g物料,铬(VI)的去除率为97.92%,处理后的水中铬(VI)浓度为0.051mg/L,远低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)第一类污染物最高允许排放浓度。用铁屑-活性炭微电解法处理含铬(Ⅵ)废水比单独用铁屑还原或活性碳吸附处理含铬(Ⅵ)废水效果好。
The treatment of Chromium (Ⅵ)-containing wastewater with minute corrosive cell of iron filingsactivated carbon has been studied. The experimental results show that under the conditions of natural pH(0.5), with the mass ratio of iron filings and activated carbon of 10:1, the temperature of 25 ℃, the reaction time of 60 minutes, and the volume of wastewater of 30 mL/g material, the efficiency of Chromium(Ⅵ) removal from wastewater is 97.92%, residual concentration of Chromium (Ⅵ) is 0,051 mg/L, and the quality index of the wastewater after treatment conforms with Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). Compared with iron filings reduction and actived carbon adsorption,the micro electrolytic method of iron filings-activated carbon has the advantages of better Chromium(Ⅵ) removal efficieney.
