摘要
相对于其他新型降压药,噻嗪类利尿剂可增加更多新发糖尿病(NOD)的发生率。临床试验证明NOD的主要原因是噻嗪类利尿剂的长期使用并发机体钾的缺失,防止钾缺失可减少NOD的发生率。
