黄磷炉渣资源化的试验研究 被引量:18

摘要 黄磷炉渣为电炉法生产工业黄磷时产出的固体废弃物,富含SiO2和CaO,可用于提取硅、钙化合物产品。本研究以黄磷炉渣为原料,经磷酸浸出、精制、煅烧等工艺处理,将硅、钙资源化,得到用作橡胶配合剂的优质白炭黑产品和饲料添加剂的磷酸氢钙产品。白炭黑产品SiO2含量达到97%,白度90%,比表面积205cm2/g;磷酸氢钙达到饲料级要求。研究表明,最佳工艺条件为:硝酸浓度8%,精制时间2.0h,精制温度70℃,煅烧温度700℃。 The yellow phosphorus slag is a solid waste of producing yellow phosphorus in electrical furnace, contains a lot of CaO,SiO2 and may be applied to producing Ca and Si product. The paper researches producing technology of silica white with 97 % SiO2, whiteness 90 %, specific surface area 205cm^2/g, which is produced by leaching yellow phosphorus slag, then purifying and calcining. The study indicates that the optimum technical conditions are HNO3 concentration 8%, purifying time 2.0h, purifying temperature 70℃ ,calcining temperature 700℃. The CaH- PO4·2H2O product is obtained from the leaching solution of yellow phosphorus slag simultaneously.
